In Spain, three people have been arrested who are said to be the members of
hacking group 'anonymous'.

The suspects are said to be involved in hacking activities and coordination of their group’s activities in the country. The three suspects were arrested at the same time from Spain’s three cities, Barcelona, Valencia and Almeria.

The suspects have been claimed to be involved in the hacking attacks on Sony and Spanish banks. it is also claimed that the suspects were also involved in the hacking in defense of Wikileaks.

In a statement Spanish national Police said that they have seized a computer from the home of one of the suspects. They said that the computer was used in hacking.

Despised by most government agencies and hailed by many for exposing documents marked as classified, Julian Assange -- founder, spokesperson and editor-in-chief of Wikileaks -- has come out with another shocker by describing Facebook as the ‘Most appalling spying machine ever.’

In an interview with RT (a Russian television news network), Assange stated, "Facebook in particular is the most appalling spying machine that has ever been invented," when asked about the influence of social media in the recent Middle East revolutions.

He added, "Here we have the world's most comprehensive database about people, their relationships, their names, their addresses, their locations, their communications with each other, their relatives, all sitting within the United States, all accessible to U.S. intelligence."
