The final preparations have been made for the launch of NASA’s Endaevour space shuttle on its last flight.

The space craft was earlier suffering from technical glitches and electrical problems which have all been sorted out. The problems kept the shuttle grounded for more than two weeks.

NASA officials said that there are no more technical issues but, they are keeping an eye on the weather. Officials said that the low clouds and high winds may postpone the launch for one more day. Endeavour’s launch is scheduled for 8:56 a.m. Monday.

The second flight of secret military spacecraft X-37 is ready for a Friday launch, at the Cape Canaveral base in Florida.

The weather forecast however, is not much favorable for the launch, which could get delayed due to bad weather.

The spacecraft’s mission is classified
The mission details are classified, but the details about the spacecraft itself are not.

The spacecraft, which is 29 feet long and is 14 feet wide from wing to wing, resembles a mini space shuttle. As nobody knows about the details of the mission of the space craft, China and Russia have threatened to build similar spacecrafts.

Japan launched its second unmanned spacecraft, from its Tanegashima Space Centre, on Saturday. The rocket is carrying supplies to the International Space Station (ISS).

The launch was executed jointly by the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency and Mitsubishi Heavy Industry, reported Nikkie.com.

The Launch
The space craft has been named Kountori 2, which means white stork.

The launch was originally scheduled for Thursday, but was delayed due to bad weather. The spacecraft was launched atop H2B rocket, according to JAXA, the Japanese Space agency.

If everything goes according to schedule, the Space craft will arrive with more than 5 tons of supplies at the ISS, on Jan. 27.
