According to a new study, one third or 35 percent Americans are now going for a Smartphone instead of the ordinary cell phones.

The Smartphone’s popularity is rising in America and according to the study initiated by Pew Internet & American Life Project, 35 percent of the adult Americans own a Smartphone.

The global internet traffic will witness a manifold increase take a big leap forward by the end of 2015 according to the network equipment maker, Cisco.

According to Cisco, by 2015, nearly 15 billion devices will be connected with the internet which averages to two devices per person in the planet. Cisco said that this will happen because now a days, every electronic device is connected with the internet by some way or the other.

The stats given by Cisco are very out sized but Cisco said that there might be some people who have only one internet connected device but there will be several which have more than two internet connected devices with them.
