The appeals court found that the district court "abused its discretion" in banning the sales of the Galaxy Nexus

Samsung is basking in glory as its flagship handset Samsung Glaxy SIII has hit 20 million sales in just a hundred days of its launch. The sale numbers of Galaxy SIII have clearly outdone those of its predecessor Galaxy SII and has brought a wave of happiness to Samsung which just recently lost out to Apple Inc. in a court ruling.

Putting the legal battle aside on the patent issue Samsung piped Apple to become the leader of the Smartphone market. In the last quarter, Apple was overtaken by Samsung which is now the leader of the Smartphone market.
