According to the rumors, Apple is coming up with a low cost iPad which will be the “iPad Mini” in the beginning of 2012 to counter Amazon’s recently launched Kindle Fire which is priced at $199.

Samsung's Galaxy Players are ready to compete with the Apple iPod for handheld gaming, email, Web surfing, app downloading, tweeting and poking on the biggest social networking site Facebook. The device is expected to barge in the United States in the month of October and will be launched on 16th of October in two variations.

Samsung missed the chance to showcase its latest Galaxy Tablet in the IFA consumer- electronics show in Berlin, after Dusseldorf court granted Apple’s plea to ban this Tablet in Germany.
