John Graham, a 42 years old lawyer, has filled the suit in U.S. District Court in Kansas on Wednesday.

Tenet Healthcare has sued Community Health System in a federal court on Monday. They said that Community Health System has made too much profit by admitting the patients improperly and billing them at high rates.

Tenet has filed the complaint in United States District Court in Dallas and has named Community Health’s chief executive and chief financial officer as defendants.

This is Tenet’s strongest action against the Community which has put a takeover bid of $3.3 billion. Tenet is looking to disturb the bid of Community Health by claiming it.
