Zynga Inc's Chief Marketing Officer, Jeff Karp, resigned recently, becoming the latest member of the company’s top brass to quit. The struggling social games development company, which is known for making popular Facebook games such as Farmville, has lost 3 Top Executives since August of this year.

Jeff Karp followed the footsteps of Chief Operating Officer John Schappert and Chief Creative Officer Mike Verdu who have left the company.

Facebook and Yahoo on Friday settled their long-running legal battle over patents, and expressed consent on forging a new advertising partnership for Internet and licensing.

The controversial lawsuit was initialized by Scott Thompson, the former CEO of Yahoo, who was fired two months ago after allegations of falsely claiming a computer science degree in his resume.
