Prices of the BlackBerry PlayBook have dropped down by $200 in United States as the Office Depot and Staples will provide the discount in an effort to raise its sales.

BlackBook Playbook has been granted Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 by the U.S. government, announced Research In Motion Ltd. (RIM). The approval makes PlayBook the first tablet that can be used by the U.S. government employees officially.
